Rob Thompson, Chair of Civil Court Users Association (CCUA) was asked for comment on the Civil Justice Council’s (CJC) newly published Enforcement report by Financial Times Law Courts Correspondent Alistair Gray.

Rob is quoted in a Financial Times article published today (11 April 2025) entitled ‘Creditors struggle to recover unpaid debts in England and Wales, report warns’. In the article, Rob is quoted as saying that enforcement has been “crying out for improvement” for years and “instead, it has been largely neglected.”
