The Ministry of Justice (MoJ) has published a consultation entitled ‘Open Justice: the way forward‘.

They want to hear from all interested parties, including the judiciary, legal professionals, the media, businesses, academics, law and technology experts and court and tribunal users about how they think the government can reinforce and enhance open justice in today’s era to maintain and strengthen transparency in the justice system.

Respondents are invited to email responses to the questions in the call for evidence to Openjusticepolicy@justice.gov.uk by 7 September 2023.
