Civil Court Users Association (CCUA) has responded to the Law Society’s ‘Fresh ideas for 21st century justice’ green paper.
Overall, CCUA welcomes the suggestions made in the paper and agrees with the suggestion in the foreword that the court system is currently not fit for purpose. Access to justice continues to be a major concern to CCUA and court users in general.
CCUA’s response also makes specific points regarding ‘The Civil Justice Gap’, the digitisation of justice and more.
