The Civil Court Users Association (CCUA) has responded to the Civil Justice Council’s (CJC) final report on Pre-Action Protocols.
Whilst we appreciate that this is the final report of the CJC, the CCUA does have some concerns regarding Pre-Action Protocol for Debt Claims and felt that it would be remiss of us not to share our thoughts with the CJC and also with the Civil Procedure Rules Committee (CPRC).
