A new webchat facility for professional court users has been launched by the contact team at the Civil National Business Centre (CNBC).

It is designed to enable users to get instant support and resolve issues quickly. The new webchat feature offers real-time support and personalised assistance. Users can connect with the expert contact team directly and avoid call waiting queues.

While the team analyses webchat uptake and performance, they ask that multiple enquires are limited to three per chat.
