The Ministry of Justice (MoJ) has confirmed that the required changes to the Civil Procedure Rules have now been completed and with effect from 14 August 2023 the County Court Money Claim Centre (CCMCC) and County Court Business Centre (CCBC) are being replaced by the creation of the Civil National Business Centre (CNBC).
Any new claim or application received at the business centre prior to 1 September 2023 will be accepted with the old name but with any outputs from 14 August 2023 showing the new name. Any new claim or application with the old name after this date (01/09/2023) will be returned.
There will be no changes to existing customer contact telephone numbers and the address for filing of paper documents will be:
