HM Courts & Tribunals Service (HMCTS) has informed Civil Court Users Association (CCUA) that it will be moving to having one regional Warrant of Control Centre (WoCSC) to help support the processing of Warrant of Control work within the South West of England.

The WoCSC will be based at Weston-Super-Mare County Court and its implementation will be phased and will be completed by 16 October 2023.

9 October 2023:

Bodmin WoCSC will close to new issue work and all newly issued Warrants will be managed by the regional centre.

16 October 2023:

Courts in Hampshire, Wiltshire and Isle of Wight will stop processing any new issue work and all newly issued warrants will be managed by the regional centre in Weston-Super-Mare.

Any queries and correspondence relating to Warrants of Control issued before 9 October for Bodmin and 16 October for Hampshire, Wiltshire and Isle of Wight should be directed to those local courts. Any for warrants issued thereafter should be directed to the South West Warrant of Control Support Centre:
