Newly elected Chair of Civil Court Users Association’s (CCUA) Policy and Reform Committee, Jim Taylor, says:

“The CCUA welcomes the Justice Committee’s report on the Work of the County Court published on 21 July 2025.

“The findings of the report reflect the experience of the CCUA’s members and their frustrations with the delays that they face on a daily basis.

“The CCUA notes the recommendations made by the committee and remains keen to work with HMCTS to find solutions which will improve the experience of all stakeholders and users of the civil justice system in England and Wales.”
