The Civil Court Users Association (CCUA) is pleased to announce the election of Neil Jinks of ControlAccount Ltd, as its new Chair. Neil succeeds Rob Thompson of Brachers LLP, who concludes a distinguished five-year tenure as Chair and a long-standing commitment to the CCUA through various committee roles.
Lisa Keating of Davisa Solutions has been elected to replace Neil as Vice Chair, and Neil will continue to Chair the CCUA Events Committee.
Neil brings a wealth of experience and leadership to the role of CCUA Chair as a debt litigation and enforcement specialist who has been involved in the management and development of legal debt recovery operations for several leading legal and enforcement businesses in a career spanning 37 years.
In addition to his current role as Brand Ambassador at ControlAccount Ltd, part of Broadriver Group, Neil is a proud Fellow and Chair of the Chartered Institute of Credit Management (CICM). He is also a Corporate Member of the Institute of Revenues Rating & Valuation (IRRV) and President of the IRRV West Midlands Association. Neil was named in the Credit & Collections Industry Leaders List 2025 and has been recognised as a champion of diversity and inclusion by the Financial Times, Daily Telegraph, DWF and PwC.
In response to his appointment, Neil said:

Rob Thompson welcomed Neil’s election, stating:
“It has been a pleasure and a privilege to serve as Chair of the CCUA over the last five years. I hope that court users feel that the Association has provided a high level of benefit and assistance during what has been a very challenging period as regards the service provided within the court system.
“Neil’s extensive involvement in civil justice and credit management makes him uniquely positioned to lead the CCUA into its next chapter. His experience, energy, and commitment to the sector are exactly what the CCUA needs. I leave knowing the organisation is in safe and capable hands.”
